Welcome to Star Tech Support LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website (www.startechsupport.net) or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
•We provide technical support, onboarding assistance, troubleshooting, and value-added services for internet and IT products.
•We also generate and forward leads for Starlink Business services via our authorized reseller partnerships.
•We do not sell Starlink hardware or subscriptions directly; all such sales are fulfilled by authorized resellers.
2. Eligibility
•You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Payments
•Payments for Star Tech Support services are processed securely via Stripe.
•Starlink product or subscription fees are billed separately by the authorized reseller or Starlink directly.
4. Refunds
•Refunds for Star Tech Support services follow our Refund Policy (see below).
•We do not handle refunds for Starlink products or subscriptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
•Star Tech Support is not responsible for internet outages, equipment issues, or Starlink network availability.
•Our responsibility is limited to the support services you contract directly with us.
