1. Refunds for Support Services
•Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service was not delivered as described.
•Completed services (like consultation calls, troubleshooting sessions) are non-refundable.
2. Starlink Products & Subscriptions
•We do not sell or bill Starlink products directly.
•Refunds, returns, or cancellations of Starlink services must be handled with Starlink or its authorized resellers.
3. Cancellations
•You can cancel ongoing monthly support packages anytime with 30 days’ notice.
